Our company specialises in the production of bespoke masonry items. We pride ourselves on employing highly skilled people to tool and hand craft all products, to meet exacting customer requirements.
Our one acre stone yard is based at Crigglestone, West Yorkshire. Its close proximity to motorway links allows for efficient and easy distribution throughout the UK.
Carl completed a City and Guilds in Stone Masonry in 1994 and has worked in the stone industry ever since. His experience includes new build masonry items, fireplaces, granite worktops and the restoration and regeneration of historic masonry items found on listed and prestigious properties.
Carl has worked on many award winning projects and received two York Guild of Building Craftsmanship Team Merit Awards for his contributions at York Minster and Bishopthorpe Palace Porch.
Carl now has a hands-on role in the overall running of At Masonry, including overseeing the production of all masonry items. He also holds a Gold Heritage CSCS card.
Antony has more than 20 years experience in the construction industry.
From 1999 onwards he worked for Marshalls PLC, specialising in stone and landscaping products. A move to Stancliffe Stone followed, where his work focussed on natural materials suitable for structural use. In 2009, he moved to Traditional Stone and continues to work on their behalf, alongside his current role with At Masonry. This has created an effective and valuable day-to-day link between the companies, which has benefits for clients.
Antony has an extensive understanding of natural stone and he brings a strong technical focus. He can offer expert advice on different applications and uses of all materials.
At Masonry has a highly skilled and experienced team of masons and sawyers. They saw, tool and hand craft all stone products and are able to offer customers the highest levels of quality and detail.
The depth of the team means that customers can also be assured all work will be delivered on schedule. All masons in the team are trained to NVQ level three.
